PennEngineering, Danboro, PA, has agreed to acquire Heyco Products Inc., Toms River, NJ, a designer and man- ufacturer of molded wire-pro- tection products, plastic fas- teners, molded components and stamped electrical compo- nents. Heyco Products will con- tinue to operate as a separate company under the PennEngi- neering corporate umbrella, and Bill Jemison, Heyco presi- dent, will continue to lead the company with the existing Heyco management team.
