Roll Formed Aluminum Gutter Protection Products
Ongoing business for sale in the Gutter Protection market. Engineered Profiles LLC, a custom plastic profile extruder, desires to sell this proprietary product line to focus on our core busi- ness. Included in the sale is the roll form tooling needed to make PERMA FLOW, all marketing materials, a small amount of inventory, customer relationships and assistance in taking over this line. It would be an ideal acquisition for a roll former desiring to add a proprietary product line. We also have a vinyl product, and would prefer to include in this transaction the exclusive selling rights to the WATERFALL product line. Our customers are aware of this pending transac- tion, and are supportive and aware of our pledge to support the line as long as is necessary. Price is estimated to be $250,000 + inventory, (or best offer to a qualified buyer) based on a reasonable multiple of current profitability as well as the hard assets involved.
