    FLOW FORM SCREWDRIVING SIMPLIFIED!
DEPRAG
With the (D-FFS) Software, anyone can easily set up and modify the parameters of the direct screw assembly of similar or dissimilar metal parts.
Flow Form Screwdriving (D-FFS)
Intuitive, self learning software that automatically adjusts the screwdriving process. On the HMI Panel, the operator simply enters the screw geometry (shaft diameter and length), part information (layer quantity, material type and with or without through hole) and tightening parameters.
Active nosepiece jaws release the screw as soon as it begins penetrating the metal.
Freely programmable torque up to 15Nm and speed up to 8000rpm. Integrated revolver separator optimizes cycle time by storing the next screw inside the unit.
End tooling can be replaced in seconds.
Optional magazine system supplies screws to the D-FFS without a feedhose.
