In 1957, Julius Feitl’s father emigrated from Germany to the United States as a blacksmith. After taking a job with a local manufacturing company as a machinist, he decided to start his own business, Progressive Machine Die (PMD). Today, PMD supplies stamped metal parts such
as conduit straps, hangers, and other hardware items to the electrical industry.
For nearly 30 years, PMD has been actively utilizing the tools and resources that PMA offers to members. Julius has been able to grow his business through relationship building and connecting with other members within his industry. PMA’s signature events, seminars, roundtables and local district meetings provide members with interactive opportunities to share views, compare experiences and develop useful contacts resulting in increased business opportunities.
