Improve Customer Reliability with a
FEMA-Based Disaster-Recovery Plan

 There is an old adage that goes something like this: “When you need a friend, it’s too late to make one.”
And at no time is that adage more apparent than when a disaster hap- pens within a manufacturing plant. The owner’s best friend at that point is a disaster-recovery plan.

A False Sense of Security
