Komatsu offers a complete line of stamping presses, mechanical and servo-drive. Press capacities range from 35 to 4000 ton, single- and multipoint connections in both gap and straightside designs.
As a leader in servo-driven mechanical presses, more than 2900 single- and multipoint straightside servo presses are installed. Servo presses feature automatic slide-posi- tion and die-height repeatability with accuracy measured in microns; fully programmable slide velocity in any direc- tion; and consume 30-percent less electrical power than conventional mechanical presses yet provide three times more working energy.
In the mechanical-press line, G-series presses feature larger die heights, longer slide adjustments and full bolster- size windows for greater flexibility, necessary in today’s dynamic stamping market.
