The 617,000-sq.-ft. manu- facturing facility of Robinson Helicopter, Torrance, CA, announced plans to install a fluid cell press from Avure Technologies, Columbus, OH. The press will form structural and reinforcement sheetmetal components, and support rapid-prototyping efforts.

The new office, as well as the firm’s existing Germany locations in Dortmund, Pfaffenhofen and Ravensburg, will be overseen by general manager Michael Rembrink, formerly the gener- al manager of AutoForm USA.
Queretaro is the home of a new 5000-sq.-ft. facility for Yaskawa America, Inc., Motoman Robotics Division, the company’s third location in Mexico. It will use the office for sales, training, parts warehousing and robot demonstrations.
