GRS&S spe- cializes in progressive and transfer stamping, and value- added assembly and weld- ing. APSC specializes in four- slide and spring products,
and manufactures springs, wire forms, stampings and washers.

Hicks Machine Tool Co., Memphis, TN, will represent Dallas Industries in the Southeast United States— Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi. The third-genera- tion family-owned company represents a variety of metal- working machine-tool builders. Dallas manufac- tures press-feed and coil- handling equipment, includ- ing servo feeds, pull-through straighteners, cradles and coil reels.
Metalformer Expands into Short-Run Stamping via Acquisition
Lake Air Companies, Min- neapolis, MN, a long-run pre- cision metal stamper and fabricator, has acquired short-run stamper WB Tool- ing, Bloomington, MN. WB Tooling will relocate to Lake Air’s facility in New Hope, MN. Lake Air operates three plants overall, totaling nearly 200,000 sq. ft. of production space.
