Honda Approves Seven Synthetic Stamping Lubes
Irmco Advanced Lubricant Technologies, Evanston, IL, has received worldwide Honda Automotive approval for seven of its metal-stamping lubricants, including its new Irmco Fluids 323-M80 medium- viscosity water-washable product.

Phillips Metals Inc. (PMI), Plainfield, IL, a supplier of engineered tubing and
tubular products, has forged an exclu- sive sales arrangement to market and sell stainless-steel and related nonfer- rous tubing and pipe from Marcegaglia USA to automotive customers in North America. Marcegaglia USA operates a 300,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility in Munhall, PA, featuring 16 tube-producing lines and secondary-operation equip- ment to turn out coils and straight lengths of tube and pipe from 0.25- to 12.75-in. dia.
B&R Industrial Automation Adds Representation in the Northeast
WE Automation, Philadelphia, PA, a distributor and engineering firm that works with OEMs, machine builders and systems integrators to develop automa- tion solutions, has been named an exclusive partner to B&R Automation, representing the firm in eastern Pennsyl- vania, southern New Jersey and Delaware. B&R supplies industrial PCs, control systems, motion-control systems and other automation products.
ABB + Fronius = Robotic-Welding Solutions
Industrial-robot manufacturer ABB Robotics and welding-equipment suppli- er Fronius International have joined forces to collaboratively develop fully equipped robotic-welding systems, and to support new and existing customers with advanced technology. Fronius arc- welding equipment will be featured at all certified ABB Robotics welding-lab loca- tions. Included will be the ArcPack U2 modular entry-level robotic-welding cell, with two fixed stations, ideal for welding of small parts; and a new EthernetIP- integrated communications interface for programming Fronius equipment issuing ABB’s FlexPendant HMI.
