ITW Highland Manufactur- ing, Waterbury, CT, has devel- oped a new website (www.itwhighland.com) depicting its ability to provide design and prototyping serv- ices, tooling production and secondary operations in sup- port of its deep-draw stamp- ing operations.
The site defines toler- ances for part sizes, material thicknesses, lengths, true position, diameter-to-length ratios and more. Also described are process varia- tions including threading, beading, reverse-draw, side piercing, necking, bulging and marking. Photos illus- trate the complete capabili- ties of the firm’s 150,000- sq.-ft. facility.
