    Stop stamping scrap from sticking
Move oily slugs, knockouts and thin-gauge trim scrap with little carryover.
PRAB’s pivot belt conveyor discharges sticky scrap so it doesn’t stay on the
belt or fall on the floor. The RigidizedTM, dimpled belt surface prevents scrap
from sticking, and the exclusive-design pivoting hinges flip scrap off at one end of the belt and into your hopper. Raised pusher flights along the belt keep material moving. The seamless, one-piece pan beneath collects oily fluids so they don’t end up on your plant floor, reducing housekeeping headaches and keeping workers safer and more productive.
Move stamping scrap efficiently.
You need to move scrap. You don’t need to do a lot of cleanup or supervision. So we’ve engineered a full range of equipment and systems to meet your requirements:
Minimize carryover of oily scrap with pivoting belt that discharges material.
Prevent equipment damage. Torque-limiting protection shuts
down conveyor when load becomes too heavy.
Keep scrap flowing with raised pusher flights.
Keep plant floor cleaner and safer by collecting oily fluids in the seamless pan.
