Data-Collection Software Gets New Report Configurator

The new reports utilize Microsoft’s SQL Server Reporting Services. No additional software is required—reports can be configured and viewed in any web browser and can be automatically delivered using an easy-to- configure scheduler. By utilizing simple pull-down menus in the Lets Report Configurator, even first-time users can perform detailed analysis, filtering reports by time period, machine, part and operator.
The software includes a unique Over- all Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) report that gauges performance against a sep- arate rate for each machine/tool combi- nation, and accurately measures OEE for jobs of different length and for a variety of machines.
