Business Notes
Take Online Test to Help Manage Cash Flow
Plante & Moran, PLLC, Southfield, MI, has launched a liquidity stress test designed to help com- panies understand their cash requirements and manage cash flow. The test, downloadable from the firm’s website, gathers and interprets data related to a company’s revenues and costs, and then forecasts its cash needs.
Managers then can use the data to make decisions related to improving cash position. Among the metrics projected by the test: month- ly cash disbursements, monthly cash flow, line-of- credit requirements, calcu- lated collateral for line of credit, and projected cash cushion. Take the test at www.stresstest.plantemoran. com.
