Mate will display its latest tooling solu- tions at FABTECH including its press brake tooling featuring a full line of precision- ground punches and dies with the patented Maglock magnetic safety system. This allows metal formers to attach and seat the punch to the holder with no separation between the surfaces, ideal for front loading of tooling. And, they can purchase by the inch to buy the length required by the part design.
Also on display: Mate QCT quick-change thick turret tooling with a toolless punch- retention mechanism that eases changing of the punch insert. And, Mate has added new laser-accessory products, including fiber lenses and windows, nozzles, and accessories for machines from a variety of manufacturers.
