Clips & Clamps Industries, Plymouth, MI, welcomes back Craig Rice as director of man- ufacturing engineering. Rice will direct the metal former’s manufacturing-engineering staff to promote efficiency within its manufacturing processes. Rice worked for Clips & Clamps from 1994 to 2010 and brings with him more than 25 yr. of metal forming and manufacturing experience.
Progressive-die stamper Marion Mfg. Co., Cheshire, CT, has promoted Tyler John- son to plant manager. John- son joined Marion Mfg. in 2015, bringing strong analyti- cal skills and attention to detail. In addition, the firm promoted Ashley Wells to marketing director. She’s
been with Marion Mfg. since 2021.
Jagemann Stamping Co., Manitowoc, WI, has announced a new organiza- tional structure, including a newly appointed executive- leadership team. Doug Odell recently joined Jagemann as president, bringing more than 25 yr. of industrial manufac- turing experience. Eric Wolter has joined the firm as vice president of engineering and operations, bringing with him more than 40 yr. of engineer- ing and operations experi- ence. Edward Brown has been appointed vice presi- dent of sales and innovation, bringing a skillset steeped in engineering, production, qual- ity and sales, combined with more than 30 yr. of deep-
draw experience. And, the firm has a new chief financial officer, Robert Mathews, who has more than 35 yr. of finance, management and operations experience. For- mer president Ralph Hardt will continue to serve as vice chairman of the board, and will work with the new man- agement team to ensure a successful transition of roles and responsibilities.

Snyder. Most recently, Snyder served as managing director of sector partnership at Mag- net. He also is an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), teaching graduate-level proj- ect management and opera- tions management. Snyder serves on several boards for local manufacturing compa- nies and at CWRU.
Tekfab, Inc., Albany, OR, a supplier of standalone sys- tems and integrated equip- ment to the metal forming industry, has hired Mike Longo as parts and rebuilds salesman at its facility in North Perry, OH. Longo has 38 yr. of experience in the roll forming industry, special- izing in part sales and rebuilds.
