Almetals, Inc., Wixom, MI, has announced the following personnel additions: Tim Alexander, Southeast regional sales manager, responsible for coil and sheet metal prod- ucts; Julie St. John, inside sales and marketing coordina- tor, responsible for marketing

Chicago Pneumatic, a manufacturer of pneumatic and cordless tools for general and heavy industrial applica- tions, has announced the addition of Paul Olsowske as marketing manager at the company’s U.S. headquarters in Rock Hill, SC. Olsowske will oversee the launch and pro- motion of tools in Chicago Pneumatic's Industrial Tools segment in North America. He brings extensive experience in industrial pumps, which shares a segment of the same customer base as the compa-
ny’s industrial tools.
Markus Zimmermann has
been named director of the Trumpf Smart Factory in Hoff- man Estates, IL. Zimmerman has held many positions at Trumpf, and most recently worked as manager for global testing and product perform- ance to develop and install innovative and reliable solu- tions in the process chain for customers. His first positon was an internship with Trumpf in Germany while a graduate student at the University of Stuttgart. In his new position, he will be responsible for the operation and continuous development of the Smart Factory while leading TruCon- nect, automation and soft- ware sales and marketing activities for North America.
BLM Group USA, a Novi, MI-based provider of tube and
sheet metal processing solu- tions, has announced the appointment of Michael Mar- tin as service director. Martin brings to the position more than 25 years of experience leading service organizations and a Six Sigma and Lean background.
GF Machining Solutions, a Lincolnshire, IL-based provider of machine tools and techni- cal solutions, announced two leadership changes. Scott Fosdick, former president and head of North and Central America market and region, has been promoted to head of sales, marketing, business development and communica- tions for the global organiza- tion. Phil Hauser, former direc- tor of sales and head of turbine group at GF Machining Solutions USA, will assume Fosdick’s former position.
