Greenwood Fabricating and Plating Announces Expansion
Greenwood Fabricating and Plating, Columbia, SC, announced plans to expand its existing Greenwood County manufacturing operations. The company’s $17.1-million investment is projected to cre- ate 31 new jobs.
Tennessee Industrial Specialties Gains Feed Line
Dallas Industries, a Troy, MI-based manufacturer of coil handling and press-feeding equipment as well as controls for the stamping industry, has delivered a new UnderLoop SpaceSaver feed line for coils weighing to 15,000 lb. to Ten-
nessee Industrial Specialties Inc., Sugar Springs. TN, a maker of steel-belt conveyors and replacement conveyor belts. The feed line design consists of a hands-free threading system featuring a servo-driven synthetic tension roll for maintaining proper coil tension while uncoiling.
AutoForm Opens Office in Shanghai, China
AutoForm Engineering GmbH has opened a sub- sidiary office in Shanghai, China. The announcement comes after more than 15 years of AutoForm working with its Chinese distribution partner. Now, AutoForm Soft- ware (Shanghai) Ltd. is the main office in the Chinese market. The team of almost 20 experts in sheet metal
stamping, located in Shang- hai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Changchun and Wuhan, sup- port more than 100 global automotive OEMs and tool- makers based in China.

Prima Power Opens New Plant in Finland
Prima Power announced the opening of a new site in Seinäjoki, in Western Finland. Finn-Power Oy, a part of Prima Industrie Group and maker of Prima Power turret punch presses and laser cutting equipment, relocated its man- ufacturing plant and tech cen- ter in Kauhava, Finland, to the new 215,000-sq.-ft., $22.5- million facility.
