Press-Line Setup and Operation, Lubrication, and Die Design and Simulation

October 17-18León, Guanajuato, Mexico

PMA and MetalForming Mexico magazine are pleased to be teaming up once again to help metalformers leverage growth in the Mexico market, by hosting the Metalforming Technology Conference, taking place October 17-18, at the Hotel Hotsson, León, Gto., Mexico.

The Metalforming Technology Conference will address topics such as mechanical presses and their components; safety considerations; proper procedures for press- and coil-line setup and operation; die-design and simulation best practices; and advice for specifying lubrication systems and lubricants. The sessions, conducted in Spanish, will be developed for company executives as well as engineers, technicians and operators.

We have developed this event to arm senior Mexico business leaders and their key technical staff in Mexican facilities with the most updated information on numerous technology trends in the metalforming industry.

The Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) will provide its Coil Fed Press Operator and Die Setter Training System, which normally sells for $995 (for PMA members, $2995 for non-members) for just $225.

This video-based training system (all in Spanish) is used for on-site training to develop skilled stamping-press operators and die setters for coil-fed presses. It includes 12 video lessons and two manuals—one for trainees and the other for trainers.
