Accurate Die Design Software Becomes a Distributor for Stampack GmbH

Accurate Die Design Software, Inc. has become the North American distributor for Stampack GmbH, a Germany-based developer of forming-simulation software.

“We have been watching Stampack closely since 2016,” says Accurate Die Design Software president Ray Proeber. “We saw the huge difference in accuracy between the shell simulation common in the industry and the solid simulation within Stampack—which includes both shell and solid solvers.

“In 2018 Stampack was sold to a German company that had been its distributor since 2010,” Proeber adds. “Stampack GmbH took the product off the market and spent 2 yr. overhauling the user interface to make it toolmaker-friendly and to streamline the code, which made the solid solving time five times faster.”

Accurate Die Design Software has provided simulation software since 2003 and has provided LogoPress die design and simulation software products since 2004.
