Fanuc-Tabletop-Robot-LR-MateFanuc America has introduced the LR Mate 200iD/14L, the 10th model variation of the company’s LR Mate series of tabletop industrial robots. This model can handle parts weighing to 14 kg. All models in this robot series include clean-room and wash-proof versions, each with various wrist speeds and reaches to accommodate limited workspaces.

LR Mate 200iD robots offer best-in-class work envelopes for both upright and inverted mounting, and can be equipped with a variety of intelligent features including robot vision and force-sensing functionality for higher levels of accuracy and productivity, according to company officials.

Available in three variations—standard, short and long arm—the 14L robot features 4- to 14-kg wrist-load capacity with as much as six-axis articulation. And, the slim arm and compact footprint minimize interference with peripheral devices in tight spaces.

Other benefits include integrated 24-V DC power, signal and air for simple end-of-arm-tool connection; and integrated through-arm cable option for iRVision, force sensing, Ethernet and auxiliary axes.
