Okay Industries Promotes Chau to Senior Laser Process Engineer

Medical-device contract manufacturer Okay Industries, Berlin, CT, has promoted Kai Chau to senior laser process engineer—R & D. He will lead internal and external R & D, prototyping and continuous-improvement activities for all laser processes including laser cutting, welding, marking and surface treatment. He also will lead efforts in developing robust and efficient laser processes and will manage the transfer of R & D projects to the firm’s NPD/project-management teams.
