GE Additive Selected by GA-ASI to Accelerate Metal Additive Growth

GE Additive has been selected to provide its AddWorks consultancy services to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), a manufacturer of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) systems, radars, electro-optic and related mission systems. AddWorks, a global team of more than 200 engineering and manufacturing specialists, will work closely with GA-ASI to accelerate and strengthen the qualification and implementation of metal additive within its products and processes. AddWorks helps organizations shorten the learning curve for introducing additive manufacturing into their business—advising on industrialization, part certification processes, materials characterization and production readiness strategies.
