EOS Online Platform Offers Tools to Combat COVID-19 Pandemic

With its large portfolio of metal powders, AM machines and digital-factory initiatives, EOS has brought its expertise to bear on an online platform, 3DAgainstCorona, and a new LinkedIn group to help partners and the AM community as a whole provide local solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. These offerings operate under the company’s #3DAgainstCorona initiative.

Users of the online platform can download STL files to produce emergency masks for hospital ventilators, door openers, face shields and more. The site also provides links to applicable webinars as the ability to search for suppliers to manufacture needed parts, and research papers devoted to the topic.
