Spartan Robotics introduces Smart Cobot Welder with Kassow 7-axis Arm

Pierre de Giorgio, Spartan Robotics, introduced the OEM's smart cobot welder featuring a unique Kassow Robots 7-axis arm. The 7th axis facilitates better welding because it provides enhanced flexibility and precision, de Giorgio said. The extra axis allows the welders to navigate around challenging weld locations and tight spaces and to perform complex weld patterns. It also features an integrated free-drive button so you can program all of your cobot positions at one time. You can choose a pre-engineered or custom design.
