Press Brake Changeover Carts to Reduce Setup Time Unveiled at FABTECH 2024

CommentsEd Freimuth, President, Versatility Tool Works & Manufacturing, showcased the company’s new press brake changeover carts at FABTECH 2024, designed to safety and securely transport the tooling from the press brakes to the machine to reduce setup time. The cart’s top is equipped with nylon grooves to stage the press brake tooling while not in use, but at hand to be ready for deployment in the machine. It also has additional die storage on the sides plus long shelves for storage in the middle of the cart and a heavy-duty shelf for heavy items, such as clamps. The nylon material won’t scratch the tooling.  

The carts are available for either European- or American-style tooling.
