New Range of Bimetal Bandsaw Blades
Simonds Saw has launched four new bimetal bandsaw blades, promising that the blades will perform in various appli- cations, including general-purpose cutting, production cutting, cutting of structural steel and cutting of exotic alloys. Dieband, Broadband and Blockbuster products, the company’s current general-purpose com- modity and production bandsaw blades,

Components of the cart demonstrated at FABTECH included an ABB IRB 1200 six-axis robot with 7-kg payload; ABB IRC5 compact controller; Miller Electric Miller- Matic 211 single-phase 220/230-V power source; Tregaskiss robotic welding Tough
Gun; and ABB Bullseye 2 calibration torch, which allows definition and automatic updating of the tool center point and torch angle. Also, the cart contains external connectors for all signals and a built-in, expandable 16-in, 16-out I/O system, as well as built-in fume-extraction and arc- shielding apparatus.
