Well Protected
When a press is designed as a system, it should be expected to perform as a system without rou- tine teardowns for wear items (the conventional “weak link” in other presses). Every Komatsu press comes with a full 2 year “bumper to bumper” parts and labor warranty on everything. When we say everything, we include wear items not usually cov- ered by other manufacturers, like controls, bear- ings, seals, gibs, brackets and belts. Any part that rolls, slides, turns or glows! If service is required, parts are available from either our 300,000 sq. ft. parts depot in Ripley, TN, or our global parts net- work, which has worldwide access to one of the most extensive parts inventories available. Our regionally located staff of trained field service tech- nicians are readily available. Unlike other manufac- turer warranties, there is no hourly use limit—your press is guaranteed to perform 3 shifts a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for a full 2 years.
