Our Denison site is a high-volume die-casting and metal-stamping operation for our Kwikset and National Hardware products and is seeking Tool & Die Makers to develop, construct and alter die sets for progressive stamping plus a wide variety of jigs, fixtures and gauges; and to be accountable for quantity and quality of workmanship. You must have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot progressive dies, and assess and repair problems accord- ingly.

The successful candidate will design a broad range of tooling including progressive dies, molds, Fein blank dies, jigs and fixtures and supporting components. Study specifications and confer with others to resolve design prob- lems related to material characteristics, dimen- sional tolerances, service requirements, manu- facturing procedures, and costs of tooling.
