PMA sadly announces the passing of Bruce Broman, who served as program director of the PMA Educational Foundation since 1999. An expert in workforce development and industry training, Bruce developed customized in-plant training, metal- working-skills assessments, employee aptitude assessments and other materials designed to build a skilled workforce. He also led PMA’s Management Development Academy. All of us at PMA and everyone throughout the metalforming industry will miss him greatly.
