Director of Engineering
International precision metal stamping/fineblanking manufacturer located in northern Cincinnati is seeking an Engineering Director. This position is a key member of the management team. The engineering director is responsible for all aspects of tooling design and build from tooling R&D to production concept development through design, build and optimization of the tooling in production. Solid technical background, strong commercial acumen, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering required along with a minimum 5 years of leadership in an engineering role. Must also have 7+ years of recent experience in engineering/designing tooling products for fineblanking, stamping or deep-drawing processes. This must be hands-on experience in tooling design and development. This position will have promotional potential to an executive level. Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.
