“Our support centers will act as complete service and support hubs and will be staffed with factory-trained service techs offering phone and onsite service support,” adds Vanbraekel. “Each sup- port center also will include a machinery demonstration and training area, and will have the capacity to house more commonly used spare parts for immediate access.”
