reliable performance
GOIZPER’S NEW 6.49 SERIES SAFETY BRAKES,
EXCLUSIVELY DESIGNED FOR SERVO PRESSES USED IN THE METALFORMING INDUSTRY FEATURE:
 A drainage system –
which prevents oil leakage damage from a worn piston seal, by collecting and returning it to the oil circuit.
A flexible mounting system – allowing the brake to be assembled between the servo motor and the frame of the machine, at the end of the shaft or even on another shaft.
A safety valve – for quick oil pressure release and system response - stopping the machine in optimum time.
Goizper offers a range of sizes to cover the market requirements of the servo press industry, from small sizes up to more than 100.000Nm brake torque values.

Automation of Press-Line Handling Processes
Strothmann Machines & Handling Booth S4552
Strothmann Machines & Handling, with a U.S. presence in Marietta, GA, specializes in the automation of handling processes in and around press lines, especially for auto- motive companies. The most recent contract, the largest in the company’s history, has Volkswagen de México commissioning Strothmann to modernize a press line in the Volk- swagen production plant in Puebla, Mexico.
Volkswagen has opted for electronic parts transfer by means of the established Com- pactTransfer system, which is ideally suited for small installation spaces. The systems partner will adapt the CompactTransfer to unique onsite requirements. Two dynamic lin- ear-technology modules per press gap are mounted on existing press bolsters. Both sides are identical. Suspended between the actuated axes, a crossbar adapts the tooling to grip the blanks. www.strothmann.com
