Technical knowledge of Mechanical Presses or related industries, especially automotive, is a plus. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or Certification as a Professional Project Manager are strongly preferred.

  To support our growth in the North American market, Linear Transfer Automation is seeking service representatives in the US for regional support services.
Based out of the US, and reporting to our head office in Canada, the regional Service Technicians will be responsible for providing first-response services to our customers.
The candidates must possess strong electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills, in addition to PLC experience. Relevant experience with metal forming equipment will be an asset.
Training on our systems and proprietary technologies will be provided as needed.
In addition to providing site service calls, the Service Technicians will conduct routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) inspections, follow up and customer training as required.
Travel within the region will be extensive. Occasional travel to Head Office in Canada will also be required.
