                     Technical Trainer (Minster, OH)
• Assist with the planning, coordination and presentation of
internal and external training programs.
• Develop distance learning strategies and training materials. • Maintain training schedule.
Qualifications/Requirements
• 3+ years metal stamping experience. • Minster product experience preferred. • Technical writing expertise.
• Program development.
• 30% Travel, U.S. and International.
         Field Service Technicians (U.S. Field Based) Qualifications/Requirements
  • Three positions available.
• Provide technical support to Minster’s customers’metal forming equipment.
• Commission new and remanufactured equipment in customers’ plants.
• Audit and repair metal forming equipment.
• Travel and work flexible hours to meet customer requirements.
• Capable of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. • Work effectively with minimal supervision. • Extensive U.S. and International travel.
• Bilingual Japanese/English (One position).
  Field Service/Remanufacturing (Minster, OH) Qualifications/Requirements
  • Two positions available.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of direct experience servicing, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, operating and maintaining industrial machinery equipment, preferably metal stamping presses
• Able to read blueprints, mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Outstanding people-skills including cus- tomer service with attention to detail
