Operations & Manufacturing Manager
Division of a multi-national company specializing in component metal stamping, plastic insert- molding and light assembly located in South Florida is seeking a senior-level Operations Manager. Duties include managing all aspects of Operations; including staffing, training, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, tool room, purchasing, production planning, and process engineering.
Requirements:
• 7+ years experience in manufacturing, preferably in the component stamping and or molding industry.
• Experience in managing manufacturing operations; including stamping, manual low volume and auto-
mated medium to high volume component assembly.
• Experience in managing value-added assembly operations.
• Experience using Lean manufacturing techniques.
• Technical degree in an engineering discipline, preferably manufacturing. MBA a plus.
• Record of past accomplishments in field.

A Geauga County manufacturer, a global leader in commercial marine products, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for its heat exchanger product line. The position reports to the Operations Manager.
Requirements for this position include a strong engi- neering background; extensive knowledge of metal stamping, tooling, forming, welding, and fabricating a variety of metal products; experience in a lean manu- facturing environment; an understanding of ISO; and at least 5 years of supervisory experience preferably in a custom engineered manufacturing operation.
