PMA joined the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA), the American Machine
Tool Distributors’ Association (AMTDA) and AMT—The Association for Manu- facturing Technology in welcoming more than 750 manufacturing execu- tives to Orlando for The MFG Meet- ing, March 8-11, 2012. Attendees enjoyed former NFL coach Joe Gibbs speak on his Game Plan for Life; took in general sessions on ownership thinking and the manufacturing business cycle; and gathered for breakout sessions on training of mid-level managers and business succession planning. And, of course, there was time left over for net- working—personal and professional.
