The Tool Room Supervisor manages, leads and schedules all tool room labor to meet delivery and track progress. This posi- tion is responsible for new tooling, automation, custom machine builds and supplies.
This successful, driven and energetic individual will be responsible for:
• Managing new tooling and R&D projects, setting priorities and providing leadership on problem
solving.
• Reviewing and monitoring job performance. Providing both recognition and disciplinary actions. • Managing Corrective Action responses with continual improvements.
• Supporting all safety action items and leading the 5S effort for the department.
• Ordering supplies and tools for the department.
The qualified candidate will have 3 years management/leadership experience and 10-plus years in tool and die with an emphasis on building and troubleshooting complex tooling.
