be a display of Mate’s Ultra IMT fully
indexable Multi Tool, which can achieve any
angle setting on the workpiece. It’s designed
to use Mate Ultra punches, strippers and
Slug Free dies, eliminating the need for a
specialized tooling inventory. Ultra IMT
features a drop-in quick-tool-change design that minimizes machine downtime while increasing productivity. Booth visitors also will see the new Mate Ultraform FX and XT holders for thick turret punch presses, and the new Rollerball Deburr tool that elim- inates burrs and secondary operations on punched parts. The Rollerball pushes away any burrs and creates a radius on the side of punched parts.
