 Press-Mounted Shuffle Drive Systems
Mayfran Intl. booth 16084
The press-mounted
shuffle drive system,
originally developed by
Press Room Techniques
and now part of the
Mayfran Intl. range of
systems for managing
stamping scrap, is built
on an oscillating drive
technology that yields optimum reliability. The system offers near maintenance-free operation, minimizing downtime and repair costs. Additionally, the reduced operating costs of an electromechanical drive when compared to supplying air to a shaker con- veyor can save thousands of dollars per year. The easy removal and replacement of scrap trays, requiring no tools, allows for fast die changeouts.

Press Control Internet-Network Capable
ISB Group booth 17012
ISB introduces its RBPC (resolver-based press control), which includes the operator interface self-contained in a panel-mount housing. All electrical connections are made with plug-in terminal blocks. The control includes automatic top-stop com-
pensation, and can accommodate mul- tiple palm-button stations and electric foot switches. Modes of operation include inch, timed inch, single stroke, auto-con- tinuous and auto single stroke. A brake- monitoring system and light-curtain and barrier-guard circuitry is standard.
The controls include four channels of built-in die protection and four channels for programmable limit switches (PLS). An additional 21 die-protection channels and eight PLS channels are possible. www.isblite.com
Roll Into Savings with a Black Bros.
Compact Coater
The Compact Coater is a non-driven, 4 roll machine that accurately applies lubricants to strip or coil as it is fed into presses or roll formers. The customized roll and frame design ensures a rigid assembly
and excellent control of the coating process. Air Actuated adjustment
of metering roll, provides a maintenance free operation.
Solid construction guarantees a long service life. Customers will benefit from ridding their operation of the mess inherent to spray lubrication.
BENEFITS
