Equipment?
Picture a Whole New Level of Performance with Pacific’s Productivity Enhancement Program (PEP).
In fact, PEP is the cost-effective and proven way to boost productivity, but without the expense of new machines. Whether you have an outmoded hydraulic press, press brake or plate shear, we can upgrade features so it meets new production and safety standards and is “back-to-productive-life”.
Upgrade Equipment in Half the Time - at a fraction of the Cost!
When your metalforming equipment is older or non-productive, PEP is your best option for increasing its speed, accuracy and productivity.

Motorized Bolster Extensions
Serapid, Inc. booth 17078
Serapid introduces
its motorized bolster
extensions (MBE),
which combine the
functionality of bolster
extensions and push-
pull systems into one integrat-
ed unit. They support the die outside of the press and move the die in and out of the press. The extensions allow easy access to the side of the press, and can be loaded with an overhead crane or fork truck. Their use of rigid chain technology allows the die to be positioned several inches onto the bolster with- out special attachments. Capacity: 10 to 25 tons. www.serapid.com
Magnetic Quick-Die-Change Systems
Hilma Div. booth 16108
Hilma will introduce its magnetic quick-die-change systems, in addition to its hydraulic die-clamping products. The new
M-Tecs magnetic die-change system clamps existing dies with- out retooling. Clamping force is evenly distributed, minimizing tool wear. Systems are custom engineered to the application. www.clrh.com
