The Digital AC Servo Press SDEW-1613i3 (176 tn)*, a new product in the high-rigidity GORIKI Series, employs a double crank mechanism and an 8-sided gib guide on the slide to ensure high eccentric load resistance in the left/right and front/rear directions chieves precision processing.
In addition, we have developed ALFAS-03ARZ, which combines a high- speed NC roll feeder line for high productivity and a new up-looped straightener that realizes space saving.
In addition to reducing setup and work load by integrating system control, high-precision feeding and high-speed pendulum motion of the servo-drive stamping press machine support stable processing.
*Combination with SDEW-8010i3 (88 tn) is also possible.
