Producing outer body blanks since 2012, Schuler’s modular laser blanking lines with DynamicFlow Technology (DFT) can achieve up to 45 parts per minute—further establishing the company as a leading supplier of laser blanking lines. High-strength steel, alu- minum, and stainless steel can be used on Schuler’s lines to produce Class A quality and structural parts.
Schuler’s laser blanking lines are optimized for more cost-effective production of blanks than conventional blanking lines. As the only supplier to provide DFT to the industry, Schuler pioneered a way for manufacturers to produce blanks with no dies, press foundations, loop pits, press pits, die cranes, or storage areas!
