100 Years of 100% Made in the USA
The year 2022 marks 100 years as a premier supplier of metal stampings for A.J. Rose Manufacturing. In 1922, Anton J. Rose immigrated to the United States and opened a tool and die shop on the west side of Cleveland. In its early years, Rose’s shop manufactured bomb fuses and other small components to support the war—soon transitioning into the automotive market as the demand for automobiles grew larger. Today, A.J. Rose is headquartered in Avon, OH, with the original location still operating on the west side of Cleveland. Rose attributes much of its success to three pillars of
business: Customer service, high quality and innovation. As a family-owned company, Rose is able to be nimble and offer creative solutions while having the resources of a large corporation. In today’s automotive world, electric mobility is the driver of innovation and adaptability is necessary; therefore, A.J. Rose has made strategic investments to help move with the beat of the market.

To maintain, and even expand that pace, we’re looking to create a new position here, a full-time apprentice trainer dedicated to training and elevating our apprentices so that we can get more volume through the program.”
