Dengensha Opens Customer Service Branch in Georgia

Dengensha America, a Bedford, OH-based provider of welding solutions, recently opened its newest customer service and technical support branch in Duluth, GA, joining the company’s two existing U.S. facilities in Ohio.
The new branch is staffed with a recently hired sales engineer from the Atlanta area, and a Japanese technical service engineer dispatched from company headquarters in Japan to provide reinforced technical support.
“With the rapid growth of resistance welding customers in our Southern territory,” says Don Grisez, Dengensha president, “as well as automaker expansion in the south, this new branch office demonstrates Dengensha’s ongoing commitment to provide every customer the best possible sales and service support with the fastest response time possible.”
