Shimco Receives Two Industry Certificates

Shimco, a Cambridge, Ontario, Canada-based provider of precision parts, recently received two industry certificates: the AS9100D revised Quality Management System (QMS) standard for the aviation, space and defense sector based on ISO 9001:2015 (Shimco was previously certified under the AS9100C standard), and recertification under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
Both certifications demonstrate Shimco’s commitment to high-quality standards in the manufacture of laminated metallic and non-metallic sheets, laminated and solid shims, taper fillers and detailed components.
