BTD Acquires South Carolina Metal Products

Metal-stampings and assemblies supplier Batesville Tool & Die, Batesville, IN, a subsidiary of BTD Manufacturing Inc., announced that it has acquired the assets of South Carolina Metal Products, Aiken, SC. With the acquisition, BTD seeks to expand its reach into the southeast region of the United States. The South Carolina facility will supply metal-stamping and robotic gas-metal-arc and resistance welding services for the automotive and lawn-and-garden industries.
