Forming Technologies Inc. (FTI), Burlington, Ontario, Canada, has acquired Rand Technologies Japan, and renamed the firm FTI Rand Japan KK. Located in Tokyo, the company will provide sales, service and support to FTI’s product mix of CAD software for the design, simulation and costing of sheetmetal components; www.forming.com/.
