MW Industries, Rosemont, IL, a manufacturer of springs, fasteners, machined parts and other precision components, has acquired Maudlin & Son Manufacturing, Kemah, TX. Maudlin manufactures slotted shims, coil and flat shim stock and similar products, and operates a custom metalforming job shop with wire-EDM, waterjet- and laser-cutting and stamping capabilities.
