Hexagon Acquires Vero

Metrology-equipment provider Hexagon AB, Stockholm, Sweden, has acquired CAM-software developer Vero Software. Vero’s portfolio includes Alphacam, Radan, Edgecam and VISI. The acquisition will allow Hexagon to extend the reach of its newly developed metrology-planning software.
