The National Institute for Metal Working Skills (NIMS) has created the GHF-NIMS Credentialing Scholarship Program, funded initially by a $100,000 grant from the Gene Haas Foundation (GHF). Grants will be made to eligible secondary and post-secondary institutions to help build high-quality technical programs. GHF provides scholarship funding to help students attend colleges that teach machining-based skills.
